The menus →

The kitchen

Seasonal dishes, salads, burgers and sandwiches, from produce grown in the region.

The Bar

Beneath La Maison des Cèdres’ blue-green beams, settle in for a glass of Lebanese wine, a house cocktail or a digestif after dinner.

The Library

A quiet place to read and unwind, with the warmth of a glass-fronted stove and a photograph by Guillaume de Laubier of the oldest cedar in the Bsharri forest.

The Chimney Lounge

At the heart of La Maison des Cèdres, a fireplace warms a room painted in the orange glow of its flames. Inspired by the mountain landscape, Désirée Sadek’s décor brings warmth and character to this inviting space.

The Terrace

Overlooking the garden and the mountains beyond, the terrace is a lovely place to dine when the weather allows. Children can play outdoors while you linger over a meal. In the evening, ask our team to light the brazier and settle in beneath the stars.

Events at La Maison des Cèdres

In summer, the terrace becomes a beautiful setting for weddings and celebrations, with views across the garden to the mountains beyond. It is also a place to bring people together for ceremonies, food fairs and fashion events, with the open air and the Cedars as a backdrop.

When winter arrives, La Maison des Cèdres offers companies a change of scene for retreats, annual reviews and team meetings. Away from the pace of the city, guests can work together during the day, then gather around the fire and enjoy the quiet of the mountains.
